But at the end of the day we were happy with our service, then suddenly we have slower speeds out of the blue… and so we are told to accept it or leave and you consider this acceptable!??? Openreach tell us it’s a Bt issue but Bt just keep sending open reach engineers if that’s not stuck in the middle I don’t know what is… basically you are saying we should sort it out ourselves by either leaving or getting our own equipment despite paying for BT’s …. I think that would be letting Bt off the hook
