Smart hub and re-contracting

I was told by a BT employee that I could get the smart hub free by re-contracting. I was given a web address to claim the hub - http://broadband.bt.com/renew-infinity/. I have re-contracted but the site says I am not eligible. Before I have a another lengthy discussion with another employee to express my disappointment does anyone know if the website is still valid or is it just an old one which they haven't taken down? Thanks.

No idea if it's an old offer or not but if you contact the BT Options Team 0800.800.030 they should be able to help you.

I phoned BT and they are going to send a smart hub. Very helpful and the fastest phone call I've ever had with them.
