SmartHub 6a unable to connect to IP address

I just got my SmartHub today i cant access 192.168.1.254 from any browser on my PC but my phone i can access it any ideas?

Has the PC got an IP address? If you run ipconfig from the command line you should see the address. If it has an address can you ping the router?

PC does have a IP address also that link doesnt work.

IP 192.168.1.10

SubNe t255.255.255.0

Gatway 192.168.1.254

DNS 192.168.1.254

 

I have tried it with a dynamic address it looks like the hubs refusing incoming connections from my pc.

Did you try a ping e.g., ping 192.168.1.254? Also is the PC using DHCP to get an address? The default range is .63 and higher.

Odd, settings are fine. Can you try, from command prompt, ipconfig /release

Then ipconfig /renew

 

If that don't work try resetting the Hub.

Already tried that with no joy and the factory reset also bthub.home dont work.
