Not something simple like Java disabled in the browser perhaps?
Seeing as the phone connects.
Tried connecting with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome latest version all uptodate even disabled Kaspersky.
Can you disable IPv6 and try again. Assuming it's enabled that is, on by default in Win 10.
Just tried that no joy.
Just got hold of BT on the phone, been told i have to pay for support for the smart hub when its BT hardware.
Very helpful. Glad I never use hubs. I think you've covered all the bases so unless someone can think of something else may be best to go back to the old router and try for a refund on the new hub.
Hoping someone from BT picks this up as ive exhahsted everything i can think of.
MAC Address and IP address are correct, if i remember correctly i had an issue like this with the Hub5 Type B.
Have you tried a factory reset of the home hub?
Three times now i can even access it from my TV but not my PC.
