Hi All,
bought a smart hub a few weeks back to replace my BT HUB 5, since it went in my broadband kept dropping intermittently , so after speaking to BT Broadband support they sasked me to revert it back to the Hub5 which stopped the broadband drops. They then shipped another new smarthub which i installed today, and only 2 hours later the BB dropped out again. I believe there is a common issue with specific firmware versions, but can anyone confirm if this is indeed the case. also believe a tactical fix is around splitting the wifi ranges out but not sure if i want to change the config from default atm until i get more info.
Anyway, any feedback apreciated please.
Its definetly specific to the new smarthub as old ones are fine.
Hi,
Yes it certainly is. Look through the forum for problems with the 'Smart' Hub. Wireless, ethernet and connection issues all reported.

to the 2nd dec since this the resestting has stopped
