Re: SmartTalk Connection - Problem with Account Details

The messages on your 'phone appear to be nonsense and are standard responses for any fault.  I moved on to a different US location and the App worked just fine.  When I returned a week later, the problem was back again.  I believe I may have narrowed it down to one of two things - internet speed too low (it was really slow at the problem location) or the local provider is blocking VOIP calls.  I'm not sure if the second option is actually possible (BT wouldn't comment) but it does seem rather odd and the App has worked before at this location.
