Hi i get this error on both hand sets?
I have looked at all the know issues and none of them apply - help please?

I assume that you are the account holder and you have checked on MyBT to see if its set up correctly to allow new registrations?
hi apatr from the download page there is nothing else anywhere to access?
If you log into MyBT using a computer, there should be a page to manage your Smartphone settings. See these images.
This takes you to the next page to manage your service.

It needs to be initially setup from the account holders MyBT web page, so you will have to use a computer first, and login to your account. This is for security, so that nobody can add a phone without the account holder`s permission.
Log into MyBT.
Select your home phone account from the list of accounts. It shows your bill on that page also.
Look at the bottom of the screen for "My Extras"
hi i can see that but it just says 'setup smarttalk' and when you go in there all you can do is download the app (i have done and installed) no option to set anything up??
ps can not access your pages as i am at work on not on a bt line.
Are you using a normal PC to access MyBT, can you see all the other extras like BT Cloud etc?
I assume you can see your phone bill?
