Smarthub - is there any further use for my Apple Airport Extreme?

Hi all, just got my new Smarthub. Before I install it I was wondering if there was any point in using my Airport Extreme in Bridge mode with it, or is it perfectly good without? And if I don't use it in Bridge mode, is there any further use for it at all?

You can't, the DSL version of the Smarthub doesn't have a WAN port. Or do you mean use your AE as a wireless access point.

Thanks - I did mean bridge mode - hadn't looked at the back when I posted! Don't think the AE is going on Ebay just yet though - finding the Smarthub very frustrating so far...

I ditched my Smart Hub, it was not that good. I did give it a good try but it was prone to weekly disconnects and the wifi range was nothing exceptional.

Now I have a Draytek modem, Synology Router and my Airport Express is set up as a wireless access point. All nice and stable with no disconnects in the last 32 days.

Thanks. Finally got things sorted out okay- mainly by turning off some of the defaults. Will be watching for disconnects.
