TSO did some checks but couldn't access the smarthub the HH5 showed up no issues with the connection.
I have had a new hub arrive but have told not to plug in and they'd speak to me tues for the top secret next steps 🙂
i suspect these will involve me plugging in the new hub and some careful moniotring of whats happening with it (regular pull down of logs?)
the last 4 hubs have lasted no more that 7days so hopefully get to a conclusion quickly.
