Smarthub

Have just had broadband and the new smart hub installed this morning and already having issues. Since installation the connection kept dropping and now the smart hub is just showing a constant green light. Not a great start!

That's the "green light of death" - they do that.  Search for other threads on this forum.  Time for another Smart Hub.

Hi @DaveH2,

 

Not a great start to your service with BT. If you Hub is displaying a constant green light and if you have tried resetting it, then I think as @Ectophile has said you might need a new hub. If you contact the Chat team www.bt.com/chat they'll be able to arrange this for you.

 

Give that team ago and let me know how you get on?
