Smarthub2 issue

Now on smarthub2  and cant get ring mk1 chime bell to connect to bb. Ring works ok though. I tried the option of switching to 2.4mhz rather than 5 and still no good.

Did you turn of smart setup?

After turning of 5ghz network then maybe try mode 2 or even 3 and see if that helps connection
