I have been trying to Edit my SmartTalk Account(s) for WEEKS now and after making changes and attempting to save the changes, I get the following message..
"We can't access your BT SmartTalk account.
We're sorry for any inconvenience, but this part of bt.com is currently down while we make a few planned improvements to your service. We'll be back up and running very soon."
This is beyond a joke! I understand BT is no longer promoting SmartTalk, it appears they are not SUPPORTING SmartTalk either!
I had a CHAT CALL and a Telephone Call for a total of one hour, with BT Support yesterday and they didn't have a clue..............Are BT Support on HERE?
All I want is one of my SmartTalk Accounts removed so I can re-subscribe with the same mobile number! It's not Rocket Science!
SmartTalk is one of the main reasons I went with BT, I was sold a PUP!

BT Support in Mumbai has contacted me and doesn't appear to have a clue what they are doing!

However, in my humble opinion................ BT is **bleep**E! They have screwed up both BT Cloud (I can't delete Files and Contacts and the Support from Mumbai is no help!) and BT SmartTalk! They admit they no longer promote BT SmartTalk! We are getting Ripped Off! What's NEXT!
and BT's Terms and Conditions absolve BT from everything but MURDER!
