I'm trying to use the BT SmartTalk app on a Samsung Galaxy S4. Although I can make a call and hear the other person well, they cannot hear me. I have tried making a number of calls and it is always the same.
I also ran the connection test and it says "everything seems to be OK with your connection, account and the service"
The microphone is working fine when I make regaular cellular calls.
Does anyone have any suggestions what could be wrong?
As it is Android I don't have that menu option.
I restarted the phone and that seemed to resolve the issue.
What are your upload/download speeds with this issue?
Is it at one or every location when a call is initiated?
