but not how we thought it would go:| - me no can say anymore

 

I did send a reply (coughs Craig) and got an auto reply, which generated another ref number:o, with a query. As I type this I've still not had a reply:(, so atm can't close this issue down on the other thread.

 

It was the closest I've been to jumping and if Craig didn't call I'd be with another ISP. So you can blame Craig for not getting rid of me:D
