I ordered BT for my new home which i moved into 2 days ago. I got a text message saying my internet is now active on 2nd. BUT my internet is not working, purple light on hub 2.
Not only this issue, i have the problem of not knowing my telephone number. I did not get any email with any account information. Literally had to go onto my banking app to find my BT account number. But i cant register for a BT iD because i dont know my telephone number.

If you have a working phone line, you can identify your number by dialling 17070.
