Solid Orange Light + Solid Red 'b'

My Hub has been displaying a solid Orange Light and solid Red 'b' for the last 3 days now.

 

I have made no changes to anything and there are no reported issues in my area.

 

Restarting the Hub yields the same result, as does switching between the main and test sockets.

if you have tried the test socket then I would contact customer services and request a new hub which should be free as long still in your minimum term contract
