Our home hub 5 (three weeks old) has on several occasions dropped connection and normally returns to a blue working light but a couple of times the orange light has been constantly on. We have both wired connection and wireless connections to the internet and the speed hasn't altered but the light does not turn blue. I know if I switched it on and off that the light would turn blue but I wondered if there was a reason that it was staying orange?
Has no-one else seen the orange light on permanently? The interesting thing is that when the HH5 was blue as it should be we suffered with several of the 'user termination request' dropouts each day. Whilst the hub has displayed the permanent orange light we haven't had one single dropout in two days - coincidence or significant?
