I have been having major issues with my BT sport account recently and currently cannot use it - complete waste of money actually having it at present.
I get the VC011 error messages when i try to play back video (live and catch up).
I get the error message on my ipad, iphone and also my Dell laptop.
The app has been deleted and re installed but nothing.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.

I am sorry you are having problems watching BT Sport online. If you take a look at Errors on the BT Sport App, you will find a few suggestions that might help. Give that link a go and let me know how you get on?

I have looked at all the suggestions and nothing helps.
I have deleted the appa dn re-installed it on both my mobile (i-phoe 6) and also i-pad. I am also getting the same error on my PC (dell) as well.
What is strange though is that it is only happening when i am at home.
when i try and watch in the office there is no error code dsiplyaed.

Did you get a reply to this? I have the same issue and have jus tbeen told it's my own problem with my own mobile so I have to sort it out (even though I am on a very recent iphone with up to date iOS)
