Thankfully it is a long long time since i needed any help on the forum, so long ago in fact that I forgot my details.
Its good to see that the moderators are the same as they were very helpful last time in resolving my issues, so hopefully they can pick this up and assist here.
Today, somebody has ordered Infinity on my Mother in Laws account number. Upon seeing the e-mail she called up and got through to the Indian call centre who totally failed to understand the issue of a potentially fraudulent request. He advised that it was her husband who had ordered it, which was impossible as he has passed away recently. following a prolonged conversation she is totally in the dark as to whether this has actually been cancelled or not now!
Is there a UK number we can call? or can one of those helpful Moderators get in touch.
I appreciate that I may not be able to act fully on her behalf, but if we can just get whatever it is stopped until it can be sorted.
