Having connected to the company via VPN some, but not all, of the "internal" web addresses are not found when I'm using my BT Broadband. However, if I do the same when connected to my neighbour's ISP or my MiFi router they work fine. I'm convinced it must be related to how BT resolves the addresses. Any solution to the problem would be most welcome.
Hi I am having the same problem and nobody seem to be willing to help. BT says that since this problem is accessing the vpn then it has nothing to do with them. But why i cando it through other providers? Did you manage to solve the problem?
