Sorry there's been a problem, please try again later. (WJ999)

I have seen various other postings with similar issues but solutions seems to be provided via private message , hence my posting it again.

I keep on getting the above message and error code when wanting to watch BT TV on my Mac. I can watch on my iPhone though. Thank you for solving this issue.

I'm having the same issue on my PC. I'm assuming it's a password syncing issue but even after a password reset I still get the same thing. Whether it's a bug or something we as users are doing wrong can support please advise as it's obviously a recurring theme? Many thanks! 🙂
