After having a software reset the sound volume from our BT youview box is much lower than before. To explain pre reset we normally had it on around volume 25 for both tv and recordings from the box which was the same as the TV volume for any programme we watched on the TV (you view box switched off) Now we are having to turn up youview box TV and recordings to about 50. Non youview viewing remaining at 25. Any ideas how I can fix this?
