Hi, I'm hoping someone can help before I get an engineer out. I moved to a new house a couple of months ago and transferred my inifinity 2 account to the new place as the website said I'd get similar speeds, with a minimum of 63 Mb. Currently I'm getting about 27 after about 6 weeks. I've looked at the master socket and there's nothing else connected to it, and run the bt wholesale speed test:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 27.4 Mbps
