Speed drop

For the last week or so my braodband has slowed right down. I have restarted the router and this fixes the problem until the next day when it decides to slow down again.

Re: Speed drop

Did you report the fault as gg30340 suggested in your previous post and arrange an enginer visit?

Re: Speed drop

That post was a while back and that issue was resolved, but it seems to have cropped up again.

Re: Speed drop

It was fixed once when we had an engineer come out and it was fine for a good year, but it seems to have cropped up again.

Re: Speed drop

So possibly an engineer visit needed again?

Can you post your helpdesk data from the HH5 please? These are in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254 or http://bthomehub.home

Please miss out any data you don't want to post
