Speed dropping after 7:30

This has now been going on since 30 Aug 2016. After about 7.30pm my internet speed is dropping drastically. I have contacted BT on several occasions and even raised a complaint but still nothing has been done to sort the issue and I can't even watch Netflixs at the moment. I have ran the speedcheck from www.speedtest.btwholesale.com  and received the following results:

What action should I take next to get BT to do something and sort the problem out??

I am also having these problems, mu upload speed is round about 9 compared to the hubs speed of 10. But my download is really suffering, hub says 55 but running speed tests both wored and wireless( I know not great) Im getting around 4.5 to 6.

 

Not sure what I shoudl be testing or what settings if anyhting need changing, I moved from plusnet were i had no problems to BT which I am finding very slow.

it look like possible exchange congestion all that can be done for now I am afraid is to wait for BT Wholesale to increase capacity this can sometime take time depending on the complexity of the fix it will also be affecting other ISP's that use the same fibre network as well this problem is outside of BT Retail your providers control
