Speed drops from 50mb to 27mb

Recently upgraded from Infinity 1 to Infinity 2 because of the massive drop in speed I was getting from 50-52mb down to 28 - 26mb over the last few weeks or more. Now having upgraded (stupidly) to Infinity 2 hoping that a reset in my package might fix the problem, I'm still getting those 28 - 26mb speeds on a now predicted 70+mb connection.

Can you use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.
