Re: Speed drops since firmware SG4B1000B316

BT engineer came to organise a 'lift and shift' a couple of weeks ago but I was immediately away on holiday only returning today so was unable to check on any speed improvement.
Unfortunately the same profile of events has occurred as outlined before. Day started with a solid 17mbps download then dramatically fell away once again. Barely able to maintain a connection at times.
PLEASE Mods....this is now approaching 11 weeks with this issue. Is there anything else we can now do? I've now had 4 engineers and we are no further along than when I raised the issue in July.
Thanks
