For the past two months, I've been experiencing a really weird issue. Download and upload speeds degrade gradually (from ~60Mbps down / ~15Mbps up to ~2Mbps down / ~1Mbps up) until I eset my BT HH3. Soft-resetting through the hardware button sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. If it doesn't, I have to unplug the power adapter and plug it back in.
The degradation happens over a period of ~3 days, so I've been having to do this quite often.
I chatted with BT support, and they weren't very helpful, suggesting I change WiFi channels, I install some kind of **bleep**ty help app on my computer, etc.
How can I debug this issue and get it solved ASAP?
I suggest you try a factory reset of the hub
