Speed keeps on decreasing

Hi there I'm just a bit concered about the decrease of speed of my internet, I used to get 6 mb but now im getting 3-4 MB

Hi could you pleSe post the full Bt speedtest speedtester.bt.com and post the results and also please repost the full hubstats including the hidden onesas we need to seethe other errors

ive tried running the test and it gives me an error, i guess without that info you won't be able to do anything, its alright ill just settle with 4 mb

There are details on the Bt speedtest that show information about your connection not just it's speed have you tried the test using another browser

They are details that help us Have you tried the quiet line test dial 17070 and select option 2 you should hear no noise also have you tried connecting your hub to the test society at the rear of the removable lower plate on thmaster socket yournoise margins also high has your hub been restarting as it only shows a few hours connection
