Speed non existent last night

The internet speed dropped to nil last night. 

Spped test result:

The line worked well after it was last reset but has gone completely haywire again. Can it be fixed?

are you connected to the test socket ?
have you tried the quiet line test ?
can you re run the speedtest during the day and post the results and also repost again at peak time tonight as the changes need to be seen posted here before things can be taken further to help you
