All I get is
"Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information."
UPDATE:
Now my D/L speed is around 3-5mb
I was also told not to reset the HH5 during the first 10 days but it has been reset around 10 times could this be cause my low speed?

Are you saying the HH has reset itself, or are you initiating the resets?
So if you were told not to why are you? Leave it alone and let it stabilise. If you have had the install 10 days and have carried out a reset every day you are not giving it a chance...
