Speeds extremely low and smart hub constantly rebooting
It has been over a month now : speeds are low af (20 mbps down and 10 mbps up) they dropped all the way from 60 download and 20 upload.
My smarthub is constantly rebooting, i even got a new one and still giving the same problem. I'm tired of this poor service. Can i cancel my contract? Will it be free since i am not getting a service i am paying for?

I had constant reboots and speed getting slower by the day and after reading through others with similar issues i plugged my home hub directly in the test socket behind the master and bingo all was hunky dory good speed and no reboots, then ordered a filtered faceplate chucked my filters away and speed and stability has been fine ever since, not sure if this helps but my issues as much as i wanted to blame BT were internal
