I work for a charity who have BT business broadband. We have a Smart Hub 2 with a static IP address (this is required by our head office) on ADSL.
I bought a secondhand Smart Hub to keep in the cupboard just in case we ever have a router failure (we are a 24×7 operation).
My problem that I don't know how to set up the spare router with the static IP. I read somewhere that this is based on your broadband login credentials but this appears to be a generic logon on the operational Smart Hub.
Any ideas?
