Still getting BIT errors 2 years after initial issue was raised to BT
I regularly get download failures due to BITs being flipped in the same byte locations. File comparisons of good and bad downloads confirm this. Had port swaps at the cabinet with no success. Problem looks like is is similar to: (https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/Wierd-Intermittent-Connection/td-p/1532593) BT help desk is the usual "its your equipment" attitude when is clear its not. Sick of this poor performance but BT have a monopoly in the Kemsley area of Sittingbourne and ISPs which use Openreach hardware all have the same problem (SKY). How can I escalate this issue?
