try putting your phone number in the checker it is the only way to get accurate information the cabinets may be in place but not yet active all you can do is wait
If you "register your interest" on the Infinity site then you'll get an email from BT within about a week of Infinity becoming available on your line, and a letter or two will follow that.

I registered and heard nothing at all from BT. Best to keep checking as well imo it only takes a few seconds.
Yeah I got my email 4 weeks after I had it installed 😉
