I should have been connected FTTP two weeks ago, I have had the home tech visit and it was pretty pointless as I haven’t had fibre to my house fitted yet.
i called BT after the home tech visit as my new service should have been live, I was told Openreach would be coming today (17th) to instal fibre to my home. Again they were a no show, I waited in all day for them as my phone line comes into my kitchen, this location is of no use for a modem and router. I have been told that I can ask them to instal it to the living room, not sure if I can believe this now as I seem to be getting strung along!
if they don’t fit this, can I cancel my broadband and move to Virgin?
They seem to instal FTTP really quickly and hassle free!
