After an endless and ridiculous amount of calls to BT, regarding an incorrect charge (BT's error), and finally receiving a refund confirmation email and text on the 1st October, i am still waiting for the refund to actually be given. Also still waiting for a reply to the last e-mail that i sent to Customer Services. Do BT confirmations actually mean anything ? Who else can i contact to get this issue finally resolved ?Sadly, BT never improves the service they give to customers. Thank you.
