I went live in the 3rd of march and I've contacted web chat and rang up twice and was told I should have had the email of confirmation on web chat . I rang up a couple weeks later and was told it would take 30 days to receive any emails so I rang back up Friday and spoke to someone and they told me I should have received it by now so he looked into it and no one had processed it on my account so he done it and told me I'd receive an email by today still nothing yet . Has anyone actually received the Xbox ? The longer it takes the less time I'll have to actually receive anything before the date ends in may . I don't use the sports I ordered this so my son would have something to do and now with isolation in place now is the time to receive anything right ?
If you are a new customer to BT you become eligible for the gift after 14 days have passed but it can take up to 28 days after that and possibly longer, for the email to be sent to you so you can claim your Xbox from the BT Shop. Existing BT customers re-contracting their service become eligible after the 14 days have passed and the Xbox is automatically sent
The person I spoke to Friday said I had passed and should have had something by now . This week my 2nd bill would be paid . I only signed up to this deal for the Xbox and decent TV channels . If I don't receive anything i don't see the point in paying for something that hasnt arrived

It would not have been actioned until 14 days after your service went live, which would be the 17th March, it can then take another 28 days, possible longer during the current crisis.
Once you get the email with the code, you can then place the order on the BT Shop, but I am not sure how long the delivery would be from then.
