Still waiting for refund

Hi there,

I wonder if you can help here.

I had a long discussion on BT chat earlier in Jan (17th) where the advisor indicated a cheque would be sent out to me for a refund for BT Sport.

It was a bit like pulling teeth, but we got there eventually.

I've yet to receive the refund.

Are you able to help?

I can provide my BT account number & transcript of the chat session.
