Inexplicably, or perhaps not so, since the announcement of the wonderful new email service from BT we seem not to be receiving delivery advice emails from <yourdelivery@dpd.co.uk>. The only odd thing I can see is that the address the emails were and I assume are being sent to is shown as ALL IN CAPS. I never provide our email address in that format so it is a peculiarity of DPD which, until recently certainly, was not adversely effecting delivery of emails, but as of 2 weeks ago... who knows. All I do know is that the various shippers are adamant that emails are being sent as usual but I can be just as emphatic that they are not reaching our mailbox. Any thoughts.
