Stopping someone using your hotspot login

Hi,

My daughter has had my login details for bt hotspot.  I changed the password but as she is still logged in it automatically connects her. She has lost internet priveledges so i want to stop her using it, please help x

I assume you mean BT WIFI.

Which password did you change?

It would normally have to be the primary account holders password, the same one as you use to access MyBT.

If its the BT Home Hub password, then you can change this via the home hub menu.
