Hello, I have problems with my broadband, I have serious difficulities entering or login on some web pages including barclays, argos, ebay, overclockers, ubisoft [BT] and many more... The funny part is quite a lot of others are perfectly fine... My problem also affects online games like LoL, which is unplayabale beacuse of frequent lag.
This occurs on all my devices both wired and wireless (PC, laptop, tablet and few smartphones). I've been calling BT callcentre few times already, and even managed to get a HH5 replacement, but still got that darn problem... I have even changed the ADSL filter and RJ11 cable but with no results... Please i beg for help or I'll go nuts, Thank you.
Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.
and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.
As you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the Homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

Is the problem the same on all your devices. ie you can not log on to the same websites regardless of which device you are using.
Is it exactly the same problem regardless if on a wired or wireless device?
Are the sites you are using HTTPS sites?
Are you ever able to log onto the sites?
You have not answered "Do you have parental controls active? " or have you ever had them active?
1. Yes, but some sites work better on my smarthpone, others on PC( depending of which browser I'm using aswell).
2. Same problem both Wifi and wired.
3. Ive got problem both http/https.
4. Sometimes I do but it can take a while.
5. I don't have and never had parental controls
Can it be related with all of that G.INP problems?
