Strange upstream results

My neighbors are saying they got a text about a local network fault, however, apparently there's no fault on my line.

I'm not sure I've ever seen an attentuation in a minus figure before? Or the HEC errors hit a maximum integer size on the router. Is there really no fault? (also, I'm seeing DNS errors, because of how many packets are being lost through transmission being sent)

How are things with your connection are you still experiencing issues? If there is a local network fault it is likely it would impact your service. Have you reported a fault to BT?
