I've looked on this forum a bit and seen it a few times but cant find any solutions other then change ISP.
PingPlotter I didn't know if any of the data is private so i just blanked it.
Where do I go from here its unbearable to use and is probably top 2 reasons for having internet gaming+streaming.

check the similar threads on the front page, i've been through standard support and up to executive resolutions with nothing positive so far. seems like a problem just with the BT network, i've been looking at other ISPs to switch to
Bt contacted us and said it would be fixed within a day, sounds like the knew exactly what the issue was, it hasn't worked and now BT have been radio silent. is there a case to get out of contract if they aren't supplying usable internet?

I'm sorry that you feel we have gone radio silent on you, this is far from the case. I can see that @RobbieMac has been working away in the background with our network team trying to find a fix to this issue for you. I will let Robbie know you are waiting on an update.

Hey @Matt-S the changes you made seem to have made things a little better, its still unplayable but its down from 400ms to about 100-200ms if you got anything else you can do we might get there lol.
why is this happening? I assume its purposeful for it to effect so many people?
