I've been with BT for a long time but I never had this issue before. I've seen some threads before me, but the problem seems yet to be resolved. I definitely have enough bandwidth for streaming and playing games in HD because I used to do it before.
But for some reason in the past couple of weeks BT seems to route Netflix in higher priority than others.
It is impossible for me to play games when someone is using Netflix on just 1 device, I didn't want to make a thread but all the previous threads don't solve the problem and the mods were messaging privately!
How counter intuitive so I can't see the solution to fix this problem!
