I'm posting this to help a friend with a stuck IP Profile, I believe it's been stuck since last year and maybe actually a year or more at 2 Mbps. On one of my previous discussions with a mod through this forum, I mentioned posting my friends info using my account to help them resolve the issue and was told it was OK ( my last post was last year). I believe he has phoned BT support in the distant past and been told to "Turn off his HH and wait for several days before checking to see if that fixes the problem", I had explained that he needed to state that his profile was stuck, but as I wasn't present for the conversation can't say what was actually mentioned.
Here's the numbers when I was their the other night. The reason for the short connection time is local power cuts, not a dropped line.

Once the Forum Mods have read your post they will post an invite here once you reply to them they will take personal ownership of the problem until resolved.
Do not send them a Personal Message as this is the incorrect contact method and cannot be properly tracked also the mod contacted may not be on shift for sometime and this will delay your help
