My broadband connection failed complely on 22/10/11, the Homehub3 showed a red light all day. The fault was reported and service was restored by next morning, however my download speed had dropped to 2000kbs. I have waited for more than 3 days, with the router permanently connected, but the IP profile rate has not been raised again. My router statistics show:

I have tried a silent line test which sounds OK.
It looks like the profile rate may be stuck, could you help please.

Contact the mods, you can do that by following this link: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 , you've been connected for 3 days now, and your profile still haven't lifted itself. The mods will manually reset it. They are based in Northern Ireland, and will take around 3 days to get back to you.
Many thanks for your quick response, I have mailed the mods as you suggest.
