Stuck IP Profile?

Hi guys,

So I had a few problems with my broadband earlier in the year, 3 engineer visits and finally all sorted (problem with equipment in the cab).  Up to 8mb line now, all been great for last 6 months, dl of 6.6 mb/s give or take.

A couple of weeks ago I was getting disconnected very regularly, it was about the time of the crazy weather we had so I wondered if it was that which caused it, anyway after a few days of that it settled down but I soon realised my IP profile had dropped to 2mbps, and it has stayed there since.  I left it connected for about a week and it still didn't go back up, my connection did drop very briefly a couple of days ago so I'm not sure if there is still a problem with the line or if the profile is just stuck?  I'm also getting some extremely brief disconnects, particularly while on xbox live, but I think this is a coincidence, just more noticeable then!

Thanks in advance for any help/advice, you were all really great last time!!
