After a sporadic disconnection due to BT working on my local cab (connecting infinity), I decided to try the Home Hub instead of the Netgear I normally use...the HH synced, sub 1 meg...
I reconnected the Netgear but, alas, DLM hasn't rectified my ip profile....

according to the kitz site this only applies to about 60% of connection. I am in the other 40% and so might you be where is still takes 3/5 days
Still no change...normally my ip profile recovers within 12 hrs...that's why I'm sure te profile is stuck..
Last year I had to resort to emailing the ceo of BT when my profile was stuck (resolved within 2 hrs)...if it has not been fixed by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to do the same...
