Thanks for the reply Stuart...Just as I recieved your email, my broadband stopped altogether (probably as a result of intervention from India, whom I had also contacted)...I had to reset it to get it to work although I see the snr has returned to it's default 6dB..so I assume the line has been reset...hopefully the IP Profile will recover...I will let you know what happens..

My Ip profile has recovered to 3500kps...I will keep an eye on it but thanks in the meantime...
